Eric Manuel Balmir, MS, PharmD, CIM
Children’s National Health System
Dr. Balmir is chief of pharmacy and senior executive leader and licensed pharmacist of multiple departments including Informatics, Clinical Pharmacy, Institutional Review Board, Pharmacy Operations, and divisions for Patient and Employee Safety. He has a strong history in leading regulatory and safety affairs in health-care settings to zero deficiencies, and is highly regarded for his ability to achieve in inpatient and outpatient health-care services.
Joshua Soliman, PharmD
NYU Langone Health
Dr. Soliman is the associate director of pharmacy operations and transformation at NYU Langone Health, where he is a leader in pharmacy operations. His responsibilities include overseeing medication distribution, and sterile and non-sterile compounding, as well as serving on various institutional committees. Additionally, he is an adjunct assistant clinical professor at the NYU Steinhart School of Physical Therapy.
Ryan Pepper, MBA
Ochsner Health System
As Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Supply Chain at Ochsner Health System, Mr. Pepper is responsible for the contract negotiation, vender management, procurement, and strategic vision for system-wide functions.
Sameer Shah, PharmD, MHA
Mount Sinai Hospital
Dr. Shah is the system director of pharmacy, respiratory, sleep lab and neurodiagnosics and the cancer program administrator for Sinai Health System in Chicago. He also serves as PGY2 residency program director for the health system’s pharmacy administration and leadership residency program.
Wyley McCoy, PharmD, MBA
Christus Health
Dr. McCoy is the system director of pharmacy services at Christus Health, a Catholic not-for-profit, international system consisting of 600 facilities including long-term care facilities, community hospitals, walk-in clinics and health ministries. He also serves as assistant professor of clinical pharmacy practice at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and as adjunct clinical faculty with The Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Tyler.
